About Maldron Hotel Smithfield formerly Comfort Inn Smithfield hotel

Located in the heart of Dublin's historic city centre, this modern hotel is ideally situated within walking distance of the city's main shopping, entertainment, sightseeing and business districts.

Opened in 2006, the hotel is situated behind the Four Courts and only a moment's walk from a LUAS light rail station. It boasts 92 bedrooms, each of which enjoys views across the city. Many feature wall to ceiling glass windows or balconies.

By Bus From the airport: Airlink (number 747) is an express bus that you can catch from outside Arrivals. It will take you to O'Connell Street (the main street in the city centre). Aircoach (a big blue bus) is an airport bus that has a circular route and will drop you at the Gresham Hotel in O'Connell Street. The 16a Bus (normal Dublin bus) will drop you in O'Connell Street. It is not recommended if you have luggage.
