These apartments are ideally located at the city end of Hagley Road, Birmingham, close to Five Ways. Meticulously restored Victorian villas have been converted into one and two bedroom apartments which are set in delightful south facing gardens in leafy Edgbaston. The apartments have been individually furnished in a contemporary style featuring large lounge/dining area, fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with king size bed and bathroom. All second bedrooms have king size beds and a second en-suite shower/bathroom.

Check In / Check Out

• You may check in from 16:00 hours onwards.
• You must check out by 10:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

15 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable.

Deposit

No deposit will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged GBP 5.88 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged GBP 17.63 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

There is no reception desk at the apartments. SACO will contact you by phone with automatic check-in instructions and a contact number. SACO will add an additional cost to all payments made by credit card. For weekend or Christmas bookings, you will be contacted by SACO and will be required to give an additional deposit before your arrival. This is refundable within 14 days of your departure.
