If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Payment Information: There is a 2% charge for all credit card transactions. 3 days minimum booking for public holiday weekends (Friday/Saturday/Sunday), bookings for less than this will be cancelled. Parking is available at the front of the guesthouse. The car park is for guests of the Senarth only, and spaces are taken on a first-come, first-parked basis. If a guest is found smoking in their room we reserve the right to ask the guest to leave, and a defumigation charge of GBP 50 will be charged. No food is to be taken to the rooms under any circumstances. A table can be allocated in the dining room if possible. Additional charges will also be made for any damage caused to the room or any other part of the guest house. The guest shall be notified before any additional charges are made.
Room 8 is a tastefully decorated double room. It has a spacious en suite bathroom with a single shower. The room has a TV with Freeview and a free refreshments tray. It is located on the 2nd floor of the guest house.
Room 1 is a tastefully decorated double room. It has a spacious, fully modernised en suite bathroom, with a bath and overhead shower. The room also has a TV with Freeview and a free refreshments tray. Room 1 is located on the 1st floor landing.
This spacious four-poster suite with a large bay window seating area is ideal for couples on a romantic break. It is tastefully decorated with ruby red satin sheets to add that special touch. The room contains a remote controlled TV with Freeview. Room 3 has a fully modernised en suite bathroom with double shower. The room is situated on the 1st floor of the guest house.
Room 5 is a tastefully decorated double room. It has a spacious, fully modernised en suite bathroom, with single shower. The room has a TV with Freeview and a free refreshments tray. It is situated on the 2nd floor landing.
Room 7 is a spacious, tastefully decorated four-poster suite with a seating area and a modern en suite bathroom with double shower. The room has a TV with Freeview. Room 7 is situated on the second floor.
The twin room is a tastefully decorated room with a spacious en suite double-width shower. Room 6 also has TV with Freeview and is situated on the 2nd floor.
Room 2, on the 1st floor, is a very spacious, tastefully decorated four-poster suite. It has a modern en suite bathroom with double-width shower. There is a TV with Freeview.
M6 jctn 20 Join m56. At the end of the m56 follow signs for a55 Llandudno. Come off a55 at jnct 19 signposted for Llandudno (not llandudno junction) follow a470 into Llandudno. Follow the high street (Mostyn Avenue) and turn left at hsbc (Floyd Street). Travel past Londis and the Fish and Chip Shop and turn right (Deganwy Avenue). We are on the left 50 yards down
