This small, friendly hotel is located in a quiet, wide avenue, just a short, level walk from Llandudno's town centre and the seafront promenade. All that this lively seaside holiday resort has to offer is within easy reach and most of the main attractions and facilities are only a short walk away.

The hotel is 10 minutes by car from the A55 and the town's bus and rail services are close by. Private off-road parking is available for guests' use, free of charge.

There are just 8 beautifully appointed bedrooms, guaranteeing guests attentive, individual service. A generous full cooked breakfast is included in the room rates.

A very large room at the front of the house, with a bay window. Very sunny in the afternoon. Has access to a single bed, if needed. The bathroom was refurbished in February 2009.
