Stir Restaurant and Bar at the Maldron Hotel in Portlaoise is popular with both Portlaoise locals and visitors. With its modern decor and friendly atmosphere, it is open for a leisurely breakfast, lunch, or a superb evening meal. The exhibition kitchen allows you to watch the talented team of chefs create modern cuisine from the freshest local and seasonal ingredients. Breakfast is from 07:00 to 10:00 (08:00 to 11:00 at weekends). Carvery lunch is from 12:30 to 15:00 (until 20:30 on Sundays). Dinner is available from 17:30 (end times vary).
