From Piazzale Roma or Tronchetto take waterboat line 1 and get off at stop 13, Santa Maria del Giglio. You can also take line 2 and get off at stop 15, San Marco. From Venice Airport you can take a direct shuttle service to San Marco (Alilaguna).
