Villa Teresa, Porto Azzurro (Livorno)

Pretty, 18th-century Villa Teresa is set in the centre of Porto Azzurro, just 500 metres from a sandy beach. Choose from charming apartments for 2 to 5 people.

Surrounded by parkland and with its own private gardens, Villa Teresa is home to apartments and independent villas with their own private patios. The newest apartments have private gardens too and all are fully equipped with modern facilities. The older ones contain antique furniture and sometimes even frescoes.

Many apartments at Villa Teresa face onto the 14-metre outdoor pool. Here you will also find bowls courts and tennis courts and a children's playground. An internet point is available free of charge in the main building.

Well-equipped beaches are located a short walk away. Nearby you can surf, scuba dive or hire boats and canoes. Some of Elba's most famous beaches are a short drive from Villa Teresa and buses leaving from nearby will take you to a variety of destinations.


Please note that stays at Villa Teresa must be from Saturday to Saturday apart from in May, when 3-day stays are possible.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Please advise Villa Teresa of estimated arrival time if you intend to arrive after 20:00. If you arrive after 21:00 you may have to pay a small additional charge. A damage deposit of 100 EUR is payable on arrival. This will be reimbursed on check-out as long as your apartment has been left in good condition. Compulsory Extra Charges: Adults and children over the age of 6 must pay an additional charge (around 25 EUR) per person per week for services such as car parking, light, water, gas and electricity consumption and access to facilities including the swimming pool, tennis courts etc. Final cleaning is payable on site and per apartment and should come to around EUR 50, depending on apartment size. Kitchen cleaning is your responsibility; if it is not left clean an additional charge may also be applied. Optional Services: Bed, bathroom and kitchen linen can be provided by Villa Teresa for an additional charge per person. This must be booked when you book your room. Alternatively you may bring your own linen.
