In the foothills of the Pyrénées, this 260-year-old Bearnaise farm has been transformed into a very special boutique hotel. It is an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area.
The Ferme de Candeloup features charming en-suite rooms which vary in size and décor. The largest of the rooms can accommodate up to 4 people. The hotel being environmentally friendly, all water heating and climate control systems use alternate energy sources.
Ideally situated in the heart of the Bearn region the Atlantic beaches or the Spanish border can be reached in about an hour's drive. In the winter, a forty minute drive will get you to the nearest ski station. Also, the hotel is only 30 minutes from Pau Airport and high-speed train (TGV) station.
If what you are looking for is a relaxing time away from the hustle and bustle of modern life, the Ferme De Candeloup also offers yoga weeks designed for relaxation and well-being.
Please note that there is a two-night minimum during July and August.
