• You may check in from 15:00 hours until 22:00 hours.
• You must check out by 12:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Extra Charges

5.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 1.65 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Parking

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 30.00 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Deposit

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 150.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
