Each of the hotel's 7 bedrooms has its own individual character. All the rooms have been tastefully decorated and each has an en suite bathroom, a TV and an individual telephone line.
In the grounds of Le Mûrier de Viels is a delightful gîte, Le Fournil, for families who prefer to self-cater. Set amongst the trees, the gîte is completely private and independent, but gîte guests are welcome to use all the hotel's facilities like the restaurant and the swimming pool area. The gîte has been built in the same style as the hotel and is equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay.
The hotel proprietor and chef personally cook all meals, with the aid of a sous chef on busy nights. The menu consists of a selection of starters, main courses and deserts. Most of the produce is sourced from a local farm and the menu changes daily, depending on seasonal availability. The proprietor enjoys talking to guests about their food preferences and encourages them to inform him of any particular dishes they wish to be prepared. Before dining in the restaurant, guests can enjoy an aperitif in the small bar. You can enjoy your meal on the outdoor terrace. It is advisable to reserve your evening meal at least one day before your day of arrival to guarantee a placement.
