For all short-term stays, the rate of the house includes bed made before arrival, bathroom and bedroom linen, 1 dishcloth, TV, and end-of-stay cleaning service (excluding the kitchen area and dishes). For all stays of a minimum of 7 nights: - The rate of the house only includes the charges. - Bed made before arrival, bathroom and bedroom linen, dishcloth, TV, and end-of-stay cleaning service are available at an additional cost. - A EUR 300 deposit must be paid at the time of check-in. This amount will be refunded at the time of check-out after room inventory has been checked.
