Residence Baita Antlia provides traditional mountain-style apartment accommodation in the charming little village of Arabba, close to ski slopes and mountain trails. Relax in the on-site wellness centre.
Choose from cosy apartments for 2 to 7 people, all of which enjoy beautiful mountain views from their balconies and some of which also have their very own hydro-massage bath or shower.
Come back to Residence Baita Antlia and relax after a day out in the cold. Enjoy saunas, Turkish baths and Jacuzzis or work on your tan in the solarium. There is also a gym.
Get together for a drink at Baita Antlia's Stube bar, a welcoming wooden tavern. You can also make use of the hotel's free internet point at reception and children's toys are provided to keep them busy while you relax.
Staff are available 24-hours-a-day and will be happy to organise excursions into the mountains. As well as a variety of skiing to be enjoyed in the area, you can also go climbing, golfing, ice-skating or hiking here.
The Residence Baita Antlia practises an All Inclusive Formula: final cleaning service, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are therefore already included in the rates.

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

One-room apartments are 30/35m² and have views of the mountains and ski slopes. They are made up of a lounge with sofa bed and kitchenette, a bathroom and balcony.
Two-room apartments are 45-50m² with views of the mountains and the ski slopes. They are made up of a bedroom, a lounge with double sofa bed and kitchenette and a bathroom.
Three-room apartments are 60-70m² and have views of the mountains and the ski slopes. They have 2 bedrooms, a lounge with extra beds or sofa beds and kitchenette and a bathroom.
