The complex of the Greenville Hotel, which was opened in May 2005, was built on an area of 6,776 m² in the luxury district of Lozenets.
It consists of 3 individual buildings with a total of 77 rooms and suites which combine a multitude of functions and offer plenty of atmosphere. Most rooms have large balconies and windows creating a sunny and cosy ambience. Additionally the hotel offers a business centre and a spa and wellness centre with sauna, Jacuzzi, massages, swimming pool, gym and much more.
The complex is located in the immediate vicinity of the first Japanese hospital in Sofia - Tokuda Hospital. Also near the hotel is the Maleevi tennis club. The distance between the Greenville Hotel and the Sofia International Airport is 5 km, and the city centre is only 3 km away.
