Important Information

Check-in: The hotel requires a security deposit (either photo ID and credit card, or cash) at check-in. One Spa: To use the thermal suite or rooftop hydro-pool, you should reserve them before arrival. Children (under 16) must be accompanied by an adult and can only access the swimming pool between 15:00 and 17:00 (weekdays) or between 08:30 and 09:30 (weekends). Children cannot use the gym, the Cleopatra Baths, the hydro-pool or the thermal suite.
