The Hotel offers the Waterside restaurant - a la carte dining and outside terrace, and also the Watserside bar - serving bar snacks with ouside terrace and lawned area. Both have panoramic views of Poole Harbour.
From Poole: From the A35 leads to the Civic Centre roundabout. Follow the signs for Sandbanks (B3369) for approximately 1.5 miles. Upon reaching the parade of shops at Lilliput, turn right by Barclays Bank into salterns way. Follow the road to the end and enter Salterns Harbourside Hotel on the left.
