Nestled in woodland overlooking the small market town of Church Stretton, the hotel is situated in the South Shropshire hills, an area of outstanding natural beauty and renowned walking country.
Boasting breathtaking views, Longmynd provides good food and wine, a superb location, excellent accommodation and facilities and, most importantly, professional and committed staff all under the watchful eye of the Chapman family, hotel owners for 3 generations.

By Car: - Take the A49. - Exit into Church Stretton Town Centre. - Continue along Sandford Avenue. - Turn left at Lloyds TSB. - Travel along High Street, going straight over the mini-roundabout. - Take the first right into Cunnery Road. - Proceed up the hill, minding the hairpin bend. - The hotel's main gate is at the top on the left-hand side. By Train: Church Stretton has its own Railway Station. Service runs to and from Shrewsbury or Newport.
