The Devonshire Park Hotel is an Elegant Victorian Property located in one of the finest positions in Eastbourne. Opposite Devonshire Park and The Congress Theatre, in the heart of Eastbourne's Cultural and Theatre District.

Our bedrooms are extremely spacious, with en-suite facilities and are equipped with everything needed for a comfortable visit. All front bedrooms face towards the famous Devonshire Park Tennis Courts, whilst our rear facing rooms overlook the Victorian Wilmington Gardens and to the South Downs in the distance.
Our Food is Traditional English Cuisine at its best; a Full English Breakfast and Cold Buffet to start the day and a Five Course Evening Meal are served in our Spacious Restaurant. Light lunches are available daily and served in the Bar or alfresco in the Front Garden. On Sundays we also offer a selection of Roast Lunches served in the Restaurant. All food is sourced locally and prepared fresh each day offering excellent quality, and variety of choice at all meals. Evening meals are available- prices vary. Breakfast: 8am - 9.30am Evening Meal: 6pm - 8pm
Eastbourne is direct from London Victoria by Train and just a few minutes taxi ride from Eastbourne Railway Station. By Car: The Main roads towards Eastbourne are the A22 and A27. Once within the town, follow signs for The Congress Theatre and Devonshire Park. The Hotel is located opposite both.
