Weekend bookings (Friday and Saturday) are based on a minimum of a 2 night stay. Children between the ages of 3 and 12 stay at a special childs discounted rate.
The hotel's 75 bedrooms are designed to provide comfort & style with value for money prices. All rooms are beautifully presented to a quality three star standard with modern facilities to match all tastes and requirements. Some rooms have magnificent sea views and spa baths (not guaranteed and on request only).

The recently refurbished Four Seasons Restaurant is bright, airy and decorated in light shades of straw and beige. The restaurant provides a great dining venue for all, no matter what the day or occasion. The table d'hôte menus include a variety of quality dishes, all served in generous, hearty portions. Vegetarians, those with special dietary needs and children are catered for and special requests are always given the closest attention. Breakfast is served from 07:30 to 09:30. Full English breakfasts are available, as well as continental breakfasts. Lunch is served from 12:45 to 13.45. There is a 3-course table d'hôte menu available for lunch, with 4-course lunches available on Sundays. Dinner is served from 19:00 to 20:30 and consists of a 5-course table d'hôte menu.
By Car - Take the M55 junction 4 and follow signs for the A5230. - From South Shore head left to St Annes on the B5261. - At the 2nd roundabout turn right onto dual carriageway, Progress Way, for 2.5 miles (4 km). - Turn left onto Clifton Drive. - Continue for approximately 2 miles (3.2 km) and then turn right onto Lightburn Avenue. The hotel is located at the end of the road on the right. By Air Blackpool Squires Gate Airport is (3 miles) 5 km away. By Public Transport The nearest major train and bus stations are at St Anne's, which is 0.6 miles (1 km) away.
