Start the day with the largely organic buffet-style breakfast before exploring the beach, The Brighton Centre, The Metropole, the Lanes and Preston Street for dining, all of which are all within walking distance of Brighton House.

The hotel does not have a lift and cannot guarantee placement on one of the lower floors. Large groups (stag/hen parties) and children under 12 cannot be catered for.
Rooms 42, 43 and 47 are on the 3rd and 4th floors and are spacious, comfortable and feature all the amenities seasoned travellers and holiday-makers should expect.
Rooms 44 and 48 are at the top of the house on the 3rd and 4th floors. They provide a very practical and economic resting place for business and single travellers.
Rooms 38 and 39, both on the second floor, have all the amenities of the standard double room but with 2 large single beds.
There are 2 Superior Double rooms: Queen-Size Four-Poster: Room 35 is a large and comfortable room on the first floor. It overlooks the courtyard and is considered very quiet by the romantics who have stayed there. King-Size Balcony: Room 36 is one of the most popular rooms primarily due to the luxurious size of the bed along with the floor-to-ceiling bay windows which give access to the balcony with view over the historic square and sea.
The hotel offers an expansive and largely organic buffet breakfast featuring cold cuts, eggs and a variety of breads, spreads, cereals and fruit. Breakfast is served from 07:30 to 10:00 weekdays and from 08:30 to 11:00 weekends.
By Car - Find the seafront by following the A23 signposted city centre and / or seafront. On your right you will pass the historic Brighton Pavilion before arriving at the sea and Brighton Pier (formerly and locally known as the Palace Pier). - At this roundabout, turn right and follow the seafront until you reach the West Pier. - Here you can make the next available right onto Preston Street. - From Preston Street, take the next available right and this will lead you onto Regency Square. - Brighton House is located on the north-east corner of the square.
