About Arden House hotel
Arden House is situated in Kingussie and is surrounded by the Cairngorm and Monadhliath mountains.
Built in 1870 Arden House is a lovely example of a Scottish Victorian Villa, which retains many period features.
Set is its own grounds the house offers a large garden which guests are welcome to use. All our bedrooms have en-suite facilities and are all decorated to a very high standard, for those cold winter nights we have a lovely open fire in our lounge for all to enjoy.

Room information
All our rooms have been recently decorated to a very high standard, each room has a television, DVD player, hospitatlity tray and radio alarm clock. DVD's are available on request at no extra charge. All five of our rooms are en-suite showers, with our luxury room and family room offering a bath. In addition to the luxury room having the roll top bath this is the only bedroom in the house offering Sky Freeview.

This room is perfect for families, housing a double bed and 2 single beds. There is also the option of putting a Z-bed up if you have a fifth person, but there will be an extra charge for this facility. As the room is on the ground floor, it is ideal for assisted wheelchair users with only one step at the front door, or anybody that has difficulty with stairs.
