Lydney House is ideally placed for touring Norfolk. Driving the coastal road from Hunstanton to Cromer makes a good day out and includes the picturesque towns of Sheringham and Wells-next-the-sea.

From the West: - Turn left off the A47 at Swaffham. - Approaching the town centre, keep to the left at the town cross. - Go straight ahead at the pelican crossing and again at the traffic lights. The church is on the right-hand side. - Lydney House is around the bend on the right-hand side. From the East: - On the A47, turn left at the roundabout with the petrol station and McDonald's. - Follow the hill down towards Swafham. - The road will bear to the right and Lydney House is on the left-hand side.
