This small country inn is situated in the centre of Moffat, a former spa town where national bard Robert Burns was one of the many visitors who came here to take the waters.
For walking enthusiasts, Moffat lies at the midpoint of the Southern Upland Way and is an excellent base to explore this part of Scotland. Edinburgh, Glasgow, Galloway and the Lake District are all within easy reach.
The inn is fully licensed and offers great food from 07:00 till 21:30 every day.

Our inn has 16 en-suite bedrooms: 4 singles, 11 doubles and a twin. There are also 2 cottages in the courtyard at the back of the inn. These are ideal for families or anyone seeking extra privacy. All our rooms are fully equipped with modern conveniences.
Our courtyard cottages are fully-serviced and are ideal for families or couples. Each cottage has a twin room and double room.

By Car (from Dumfries): - Follow the A701 north of Moffat. - Continue onto the A708 which follows onto the high street, where you will find the hotel.
