Fistral Spa opened in 2007 and is one of the most advanced spas in the South West. You can enjoy the swimming pool with massage cannons, the sauna, steam room and the modern fitness suite on the first floor.

Please note: children under 16 are unable to use the facilities at Fistral Spa. The indoor and outdoor pools at the Esplanade Hotel will be available for their use. Please note - Same sex groups are not accepted without prior notification. If you fail to notify us and it becomes apparent that a same sex group is booked in through several individual bookings, we reserve the right to refuse admission to the hotel. In this case, we also reserve the right to charge the full cancellation charge in order to mitigate our losses.
The Bay Hotel offers 92 bedrooms, all recently refurbished to a high standard with all the expected facilities. Many rooms benefit from magnificent sea views and a proportion have balconies and exterior seating where you can relax and enjoy the setting sun over the Atlantic swell - please request and reserve these when making your reservation.

From Plymouth: - Follow the A38 for Bodmin and exit onto the A30. - At roundabout, exit onto the A39, at the next roundabout exit onto the A392. - Continue past Quintrell Downs, along the A392 onto Trevemper Road. - Take the 1st exit onto Gannel and continue to roundabout at end, taking the 1st exit onto Pentire Road. - Continue to end and turn right onto Esplanade Road, where you will find the hotel. From Exeter: - Follow the A30 and exit onto the A39. - Continue as above.
