Cancellations

If cancelled up to 42 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged GBP 17.00 per night and person for extra beds. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
