Recently renovated and refurbished to a high standard, this 'pub with rooms' is situated in the beautiful Dorset countryside, in pretty village of Iwerne Minster, between Shaftesbury and Blandford Forum.
The Talbot has recently been awarded the title of "Dorset Dining Pub of the Year", so you are assured of a memorable dining experience. You can reserve a table in the dining room, warmed by a log fire, or dine in the comfortable lounge bar. Alternatively, eat outside on the terrace which is heated on chilly days. The Talbot serves a number of Dorset beers and a good selection of wines that vary seasonally.
Offering superior en suite accommodation, each room at The Talbot boasts a flat-screen TV with Freeview channels, tea and coffee making facilities and wireless internet access. All rooms are non-smoking.
