The Victoria Hotel is an easy 5-minute walk into the town centre with its pretty shops, cafes and traditional pubs selling local ales and produce. Exeter is a 15 to 20-minute drive away and has modern cafes, restaurants and shops and a new shopping centre, Princesshay.
There are impressive, comfortable lounges, an inviting bar and the elegant Jubilee Restaurant with views overlooking Sidmouth Bay. Enjoy the heated indoor and outdoor pools, the sauna, solarium, spa bath, full-size snooker table and games room.

You will find that the rooms at The Victoria Hotel reflect the elegance and luxury of the main hotel building. Beautifully furnished, the great majority are south-facing with exceptional sea and coastal views. Many rooms also have French windows leading onto spacious private balconies. For those who wish to dine in their room, the hotel operates 24-hour room service. Importantly, a lift provides easy access to all floors.
Choose from table d'hôte and á la carte menus, both of which offer a variety of dishes. Tasty light lunches are served in the lounge bar, and during summer you can enjoy the chef's excellent restaurant buffet. The Victoria's resident orchestra will help create a special ambience. The sun lounge provides an idyllic setting in which to take morning coffee, a traditional Devonshire cream tea or a fireside after-dinner liqueur. The hotel hosts lively dinner dances on a Saturday night.
