Important Information
Transfers to Bishops Stortford Rail Station or Stansted Airport are usually available from 07:00 until 11:00. Collections are usually between 16:00 and 21:00. If you want a transfer, this should be confirmed with Bonningtons before your arrival.
Room information
All rooms are located separate to the main dwelling in our converted barn/coach house (thus allowing complete privacy for guests). Each room has its own entrance/exit door with key to the outside, this allows for late arrivals and early morning departures, and trips to the local pub opposite. All rooms have full en suite facilities with a bathroom that contains a toilet, sink and either a bath or power shower. Towels are supplied. All rooms are and always have been fully non-smoking. All have an interconnected smoke detection/fire alarm system with emergency lighting to the same specifications as hotels. All rooms have soundproofing between rooms. This has been fully inspected and approved and again complies with the latest government regulations for sound transmission to the same standard as hotels. Dawn to dusk external lighting applies around the complete site, complying with the latest regulations on energy conservation, similarly all other lighting utilises low energy consumption. With self-controlled heating in all rooms, you can make yourself comfortable before making a tea or coffee and relaxing in front of the TV.

Restaurants and Bars
Continental breakfast is available, which can be taken at any time in the self-service breakfast area. There is choice of cereals, bread or toast, preserves and marmalade, fresh orange juice (not from concentrate), yoghurt, pastries, fresh fruit, and tea or coffee. Lunchtime and evening meals can be taken in the George pub, located on the opposite side of the green, around 75 metres away. A free drink is available at another local pub, The Three Horseshoes, when ordering any main course meal.
Directions
By Car: - Exit the M11 at junction 8. Make sure that you take the local exit (Bishops Stortford) not the A120 into the airport. - Take the B1256 exit from the M11 roundabout, signposted Takely. - After approximately 100 metres there is a petrol station on your left. Take the turning immediately opposite, signposted Great/Little Hallingbury. - Follow this country road for about 2.5 miles (around 5 minutes). - You will then come to a T-junction. Turn left onto the A1060 into Little Hallingbury. - After approximately 500 metres, the George pub will be on your left. - Take the small lane immediately to your right, this is Dell Lane. After 20 metres the hotel's drive is on the right-hand side.
