Check In / Check Out

• You may check in from 13:00 hours until 17:00 hours.
• You must check out by 11:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

17.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs GBP 20 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Wi-fi is available in the entire hotel and costs GBP 20 per 24 hours.

Deposit

The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 7 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

You must check in at the apartment office: 2 Hudson Gardens, 136 Duke Street, Liverpool, L1 5BB. Use the Cornwallis Street entrance. If you cannot check in between 13:00 and 17:00, you must contact Base Apartments to arrange another time (an additional cost will apply). For security, you will need either a valid bank card or photo ID. Please contact the property at least 48 hours in advance to arrange pick-up of the keys. Noise: Parties are not allowed in the apartment. Stag/hen groups will not be accepted.
