The 40 individually furnished rooms are equipped to high standards with all the little extras to make your stay especially comfortable: light and airy duvets with colourful throws (sheets and blankets are available if you prefer); fluffy bathrobes; big soft towels; luxury toiletries and bone china cups and saucers with a choice of quality teas and coffee. The Dowager Duchess of Devonshire personally supervises the interior decor and choice of soft furnishings using antiques, personal memorabilia and artwork, some of which are from Chatsworth in Derbyshire.
Breakfast is served from 07:00 until 09:30. Lunch is served from 12:00 until 02:30. Dinner is served from 18:30 until 22:00.
