The hotel is in a lovely position overlooking Kimberley Park just a short stroll from the town centre with its shops, bars and restaurants and the harbour, from where the various boat trips and ferries operate to St. Mawes, Truro and the beautiful Helford River

The hotel is 100 yards off the A39 motorway from Truro. There is a regular train service from Truro to Falmouth. The nearest airport is Newquay, 20 miles from Falmouth.
