Within a Grade II listed building, this family-run guest house offers impressive sea views over the popular North Bay area and is just a 10-minute walk from the town centre.
With easy access to the North Bay beach and Peasholm Park, the Leeway offers a wide range of comfortable accommodation, including sea-view and family rooms.
Recently refurbished, there is a spacious sea-view bar in which guests can relax and unwind with a large selection of drinks available.
Catering for vegetarians and all dietary needs, the staff at the Leeway pride themselves on excellent customer service and will strive to accommodate any reasonable request. Upon arrival, you will be issued with keys giving you 24-hour access to the guest house.

By Car: - Once in Scarborough, follow signs to the cricket ground. - You will find yourself on North Marine Road. After the roundabout, take the 2nd right. - Turn left into Queens Parade. - The Leeway is the first hotel on the left. Parking: Off-street parking is available at the guest house for up to 6 cars. On-street parking is also available and a 4-night parking permit (allowing you to park anywhere within the G2 zone) can be issued to you on arrival at the guest house (at a small additional cost).
