The dining facilities range from a friendly relaxed brasserie, situated in the atrium, to the restaurant, which offers an excellent choice of menu and an extensive wine list chosen specifically to complement the cuisine. The restaurant provides elegant yet comfortable surroundings in which to enjoy the delicious meals created by the chefs. There is a splendid choice of dishes on offer, from an exciting and constantly changing menu, as well as a wide range of carefully selected wines. The restaurant uses only the finest, freshest ingredients, locally sourced whenever possible. All of the meat is British and is sourced from the local butcher. The hotel also offers a less formal menu in the surroundings of the brasserie or the bar. The new Express Lunch menu for weekdays represents excellent value. Continental and full cooked English breakfasts are available to both non-residents and guests. The generous and tasty English breakfasts are freshly prepared and cooked to order by one of the chefs.
