The restaurant at Muckrach has a reputation for being the best in the area and serves beautiful dishes. Co-owner and head chef Rebecca Ferrand ensures that most meat and poultry comes from within 30 miles of the hotel, and that fish and seafood is from Scottish boats working out of Moray and north-coast harbours.
