By Car: Burnhouse Manor Hotel is situated at the north of the B706 Beith-Dunlop road, just on the western edge of the little North Ayrshire hamlet of Burnhouse, north of Irvine and Kilwinning. Burnhouse Manor Hotel is bordered to the north by Burnhouse Manor Farm and by the farmer's house to the north east. Farmland surrounds the hotel to both east and west. The driveway to the hotel is approximately 60 metres from the B706. The B706 joins the A736 Irvine and Kilwinning heading to Glasgow road just 500 metres from the hotel. Either way on this road you can be in one of the 2 airports within a half hour. The major M77 trunk route is only 10 minutes away from the hotel.
