Check-In: Usual check-ins are between 16:30 and 19:00. Early or late check-ins must be arranged by telephone 48 hours in advance whenever possible, as staff are not usually on site. If you are booking and arriving on the same day, check-in must be arranged by telephone. Please contact Brambles using the details provided on your booking confirmation. Prior to travelling to Brambles, ensure that a copy of the written directions have been printed off. All guests are advised not to rely on satellite navigation systems. Additional Cancellation Information: In the event you cancel a booking or cut short your stay, the following applies: More than 28 days' notice: we will refund your deposit in full, less an administration charge of GBP 5 to cover card charges. Less than 28 days' notice: we will make every effort to re-let the accommodation and if we are able to do so we will refund your deposit, less an administration charge of GBP 5. If we are unable to re-let the accommodation, the deposit will not be refunded. Less than 72 hours' notice: we will make every effort to re-let the accommodation and if we are able to do so we will refund your deposit, less an administration charge of GBP 5. If we are unable to re-let the accommodation, the full cost of the accommodation booked will be charged to the card provided for the initial deposit. In the event of no-shows: the full cost of the accommodation will be charged to the card provided for the initial deposit.
All double rooms at Brambles have private facilities (a bath or shower) and views overlooking the garden. Facilities include a flat-screen TV with Freeview, DVD/ CD player and digital radio. A refreshments tray features tea, coffee, hot chocolate, fruit and herb tea, biscuits, sweets and bottled water. Please see individual room descriptions for a complete list of facilities on offer. All prices (based on 2 adults sharing) include breakfast, either a full English or continental option with freshly baked croissants and Danish pastries. Rooms will be allocated on arrival.

By Car: - Whitnage is situated less than 1.6 km (one mile) from Sampford Peverell, along a short section of traditional narrow high-banked lane. - Brambles is only 6.4 km (4 miles) from Tiverton town centre and has easy access to the M5 at junction 27 for Taunton, Wellington, Exeter, Cullompton, Honiton and the A361 for Tiverton, South Molton, Barnstaple and North Devon. By Train: The nearest mainline railway station, Tiverton Parkway, is 2.4 km (1.5 miles) away in the village of Sampford Peverell. It offers travel to Paddington, London in 2 hours. By Air: Exeter Airport is 32 km (20 miles) away, approximately a 20-minute drive. Bristol Airport is 64 km (40 miles) away, approximately a one hour drive.
