The ferry for the Isles of Scilly sails from the nearby South Pier and upon prior arrangement you can even leave your car in the private car park of the guest house.
Historic Chapel Street with its quaint pubs and excellent restaurants is just behind Warwick House, further enhancing its credentials as one of Penzance's premier locations.

Breakfast is normally served between 08:00 and 09:00, however cooked breakfast may be served any time after 07:00 by prior arrangement. Breakfast options vary from a full Cornish breakfast to eggs Benedict, toasted bagels, fruit plates, pancakes and cooked vegetarian breakfasts.
By Car (from the A30): - Follow the A30 to Penzance; as you enter Penzance, stay by the sea and follow the signs to the harbour and seafront. - Follow the road around the harbour over the bridge, you will pass Jubilee swimming pool on your left. - Regent Terrace is the 2nd turning on the right after the zebra crossing. - As soon as you turn into Regent Terrace our car park is an immediate left. By Train: - There are regular connections to Penzance station from all major towns. - From the train station Warwick House is about 3 minutes away by taxi. By Coach: - There are regular National Express coach services to Penzance.
