Situated on the seafront, just yards from the beach and within easy reach of the town, theatres and pier; this is the only grade 2 listed seafront accommodation in Eastbourne.

By Car: - If either driving down the A22 or A27 follow the signs to Eastbourne and head for the seafront. - Sea Beach House Hotel is located on Marine Parade 200 yards east of the pier. By Train: - Arriving by train into Eastbourne station walk through the town centre and head for the seafront towards the pier. - Taxis are also available directly outside the station.
