Cancellations

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

17.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Private parking is possible on site and costs GBP 20 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Deposit

The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 7 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 8 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

You must check in at the apartment office: 2 Hudson Gardens, 136 Duke Street, Liverpool, L1 5BB. Use the Cornwallis Street entrance. If you cannot check in between 13:00 and 17:00, you must contact Base Apartments to arrange another time (an additional cost will apply). For security, you will need either a valid bank card or photo ID. Parties are not allowed in the apartment. Stag/hen groups will not be accepted.
