Most apartments have a super king-size bed, duck-down duvets and feather pillows. Bookings of 7 nights or more will receive a twice-weekly maid service and linen change.

Check In / Check Out

• You may check in from 15:00 hours onwards.
• You must check out by 11:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 12:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Extra Charges

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs GBP 25.00 per day.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children under 12 years are charged GBP 50.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Reservations for 13 + nights are subject to a refundable deposit which will be taken on arrival. Staff are required to obtain a signed agreement between Dolphin House and residents. This agreement takes form of a Tenancy Agreement which must be signed on arrival. Please note: Bookings of more than 9 rooms are classed as group reservations. To make such a booking, please contact the hotel directly. All children under 3 years and at a maximum weight of 15 kg stay free of charge when using cots. Extra beds are subject to availability and need to be confirmed with Dolphin House prior to arrival.
