The newly refurbished Great Western, Newquay, is the perfect spot to stay, eat and drink on Cornwall's breathtaking Atlantic Coastline.
Set in the heart of Newquay, with unrivalled cliff-top views, landscaped gardens, the Great Western offers relaxation, informality and modern comfort. All just a few steps from the sea, with its golden sandy beaches.
Steam, the hotel's bar and restaurant, offers the best in informal dining and socialising throughout the day and into the evening, with a menu of locally sourced dishes which blend Cornwall with the Mediterranean. All the food is freshly prepared and locally sourced where possible, while the well-stocked and stylish bar offers a full range of drinks.

By Car: From the A30: - Approximately 6.4 (4 miles) after leaving the dual carriageway at the end of the Bodmin bypass, you will go under an iron railway bridge. - Carry on for another 4.8 km (3 miles) to the next left-hand junction, sign-posted Newquay A392. - Follow signs for Newquay and continue for approximately 8 km (5 miles) to Quintrell Downs. - At the roundabout, take the right-hand exit into Quintrell Road (A3058). - Continue over the level crossing (sign-posted Newquay Porth and Henver Road). - Carry along this road for approximately 4.8 km (3 miles). - You go straight over 2 mini-roundabouts. - After the 2nd mini-roundabout, continue for 365 metres (400 yards). - The Great Western Hotel is on the right. By Public Transport: There is a main bus and train station in the centre of Newquay. Newquay also has its own airport.
