Each apartment is fully-equipped with a kitchen, living room, one or more bedrooms and a private bathroom. All this creates enough space to make your holiday or business trip comfortable and relaxing.

You can choose to prepare your own food in the apartment's kitchen or enjoy a meal at some of the many elegant restaurants in London. Upon arrival, the hotel will be happy to provide recommendations.

• You must check out by 11:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Check-in: To check in, go to the office at Ground Floor, 4 Greenland Place, NW1 0AP, where you will receive the keys and pay for the stay. Please telephone London City Apartments' local office at least 1 hour before your arrival. If you do not do this, you may have to wait much longer to check in. London City Apartments will send detailed information about check-in to you via email - please read it. Check-in after 21:00 will be at an additional cost. Please notice that your apartment is at different address: see detailed information for each room type. Payment Information: Payment must be in cash, upon arrival. If you would like to pay by credit or debit card, this payment has to be arranged in advance. Please contact the apartments before your arrival.
