Originally a Scottish mansion house, the hotel is set in 4 acres of beautiful gardens and is just one mile from the city centre, with free car parking.
With a swimming pool, spa bath, steam room and sauna, the club provides an admired leisure facility complemented by 2 fully equipped fitness rooms. The Leisure Club is open daily and also features a hair and beauty salon.
The Kingsmills Restaurant offers excellent food and fine wine with the option of all-day dining in the conservatory lounge area. The hotel is ideally situated for visiting Loch Ness, Culloden, Cawdor Castle, Fort George, and the Cairngorm National Park for walking in summer and skiing in the winter.

The conservatory and lounge areas offer a more informal menu. Kingsmills Restaurant offers dining in a relaxed atmosphere, whilst the conservatory offers a more informal experience with lighter menus. A selection of coffee, tea and snacks are available in your room 24 hours a day, or in the lounge areas. Each Sunday, a popular carvery lunch is available.
By Car From the A9 (north): - Driving over Kessock Bridge, go straight across the first roundabout and head south on the A9 for one mile. - Take the slip road off the A9, marked Aberdeen A96. - At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit marked Inverness B865. - At the next roundabout take the first exit marked Kingsmills. Carry on this road for 1/2 mile and turn right at the mini roundabout. - You will pass Inverness Golf Club on the left and the Kingsmills Hotel is on the left, just past the traffic lights. From the A9 (south): - Entering Inverness, take the slip road on the left (after you drive under the flyover) marked Culduthel and Kingsmills. - At the roundabout, take the 5th exit marked Kingsmills. - Follow the road for one mile to a mini roundabout, and go straight ahead following signs for Kingsmills. - You will pass Inverness Golf Club on the left and the Kingsmills Hotel is on the left just past the traffic lights. From the A96 (east): - Pass Inverness Business Retail Park (Tesco) on the left-hand side. - At the roundabout, take the second exit marked Inverness B865. - At the next roundabout take the first exit marked Kingsmills, and carry on this road for 1/2 mile and turn right at the mini roundabout. - You will pass Inverness Golf Club on the left and the Kingsmills Hotel is on the left just past the traffic lights. From the A82 (west): - Follow signs for Inverness on the A82. - On entering Inverness you will be on Glen Urquhart Road - This will then take you onto Tomnahurich Street. You will then come to the Ness Bridge, across the bridge you will come to a set of traffic lights. - Go straight ahead at the lights and proceed up Castle Street past McDonalds. - Take the first left at the top of the hill after the traffic lights onto Old Edinburgh Road, go straight through the traffic lights and on to Annfield Road. - At the junction, turn left onto Culcabock Road and the Kingsmills Hotel is on the right-hand side.
