Occupying a central location within Great Malvern's town centre, this characteristic Queen Anne building offers a warm and friendly welcome to all of its guests.

Originally built in 1730, with the new wing being built in 1850, the hotel's restaurant has recently been refurbished to offer a modern kitchen serving an extensive à la carte menu.

The Mount Pleasant Hotel is a strictly non-smoking establishment. Guest check in on a Sunday is 14:00-21:00, anyone wishing to check-in after this must contact the hotel to make alternative check-in arrangements.
Room information
Many of the bedrooms have stunning views looking out on the Severn Plain. On a clear day, these views stretch all most 30 miles. Many of the spacious bedrooms are furnished with original antique furniture, in-keeping with the Georgian building. Make any occasion extra special with one of the hotels' celebration packages; for an additional cost they will arrange for a bouquet of fresh flowers and a bottle of champagne to be put on ice in your room.

Our luxury four poster bedroom has a stunning view overlooking the Abbey and surrounding areas. Its hand-carved original four poster bed and bay window make it the ideal room for any special occasion. This room sleeps 2 adults as standard, but is also available for single occupancy.

Directions
The Mount Pleasant Hotel is situated in the centre of Great Malvern, opposite the Priory Church and Abbey Gateway Museum and just 10 minutes from Malvern Train Station. By Car: From the north: - Take the M5. - Exit at junction 7. - Follow signs for Malvern on the A449. - Once in Great Malvern, continue through the town and you will find that the hotel is the last building on the right-hand side. From the south: - Take the M5. - Exit at junction 8. - Follow the M50. - Take the first exit. - Follow signs for Malvern, north on the A38. - Take the A4104 through Upton-upon-Severn B4221. - At Hanley Castle, take the B4209, signposted Malvern Wells. - On reaching the top of the hill, turn right onto the A449. - Follow into Great Malvern, and the hotel is the first building on the left.
