New owners and a £1m refurbishment at the three star Clough Manor hotel in Saddleworth are bringing a taste of city style to the hills above Oldham. It may date back to the 16th century, but the newly refurbished Clough Manor is a decidedly 21st century take on the country hotel and restaurant.
