The Blue Lagoon is a fun place to eat, drink and stay on the seafront of Brighton and Hove, overlooking Hove Lagoon and just 2 miles (3.2 km) from the city centre.
There are 15 rooms, 11 of which are en suite. All rooms have a TV and tea/coffee-making facilities. A full cooked English breakfast is included in the price, with the exception of Sunday night bookings. Free parking is available in the roads opposite the bed and breakfast.
Seaview Bar has a new menu and wine list. Enjoy curry nights, Sunday roasts, quiz nights, live entertainment, cocktail nights and weekly karaoke nights. The lively sports bar has 4 plasma screens, 2 pool tables, darts and poker.

The top bar is a beautifully decorated, warm, intimate dining room. Delicately lit, the bar is a relaxing, modern haven with stunning views over Hove Lagoon. The bar is a great spot to sit and relax with a drink or a meal. The raised area provides beautiful views of the lagoon and the seafront. The menu offers a perfect balance between great value and great taste. Food is cooked-to-order and served with pride. There is something to tempt the whole family, and there is a curry special on Thursdays. Food is served from 12:00 to 15:00 and then from 17:00 to 21:00, Monday to Thursday; from 12:00 to 21:00 on Fridays; from 11:00 to 21:00 on Saturdays; and from 11:00 to 18:00 on Sundays. The bar is open from 12:00 to 23:00, Monday to Thursday; from 12:00 to 00:00 on Fridays; from 11:00 to 01:00 on Saturdays; and from 11:00 to 23:00 on Sundays. There is also a sports bar downstairs, with 4 plasma flat-screen TVs showing sporting events, including rugby and football. The bar has 2 pool tables, a darts board, fruit machines and a jukebox. The bar is decorated with sports memorabilia, football shirts and scarves, with newspaper clippings of historic sporting events covering the tables and bars. A wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks is available, including shooters, frozen cocktails and normal cocktails. There are regular happy hour promotions on Tuesdays and a full menu is available.
By Train: The nearest train station to the bed and breakfast is Portslade, which is 0.8 miles (1.3 km) away. Hove train station is approximately 1.8 miles (3 km) away.
