In a peaceful yet convenient location, this 19th century farmhouse is close to the A78 and approximately 15 minutes from Prestwick Airport and 40 minutes from Glasgow International Airport.
Local train stations and major road links to Glasgow, Troon, Kilmarnock, Ayr and Largs can be accessed easily. The beautiful harbour-side area is 5 minutes' drive away and is adjacent to Irvine Beach Park, Magnum Leisure Centre and the popular Bridgegate shopping mall. There are 5 golf courses within easy reach of the Lodge: between 0.8 km and 40 km away. Transport to and from the courses is available.
Nethermains Lodge is run informally and you can come and go as you please.
Each room has en suite or private facilities.
There is ample free private parking within the grounds, which is covered by CCTV.

Nethermains Lodge has 5 rooms, including double, twin and triple rooms and a family suite. All of the rooms have been recently redecorated and feature a beautiful, fresh modern décor. Each room has en suite bath/shower facilities or private bath/shower facilities. A trouser press is available on request. There is also a DVD library of films for children and for adults, with a DVD player available on request.
This twin room has 2 single beds and is situated on the ground floor.

This suite is comprised of 2 separate rooms. There is a lounge with 3 single beds, a 40-inch plasma TV with DVD player, and a desk/dressing table. Room 2 consists of 2 single beds which can convert to a queen-size double bed if preferred. There is an en suite shower room and fitted wardrobes. This suite also has its own private entrance.
A full Scottish or a lighter continental breakfast is included in the price. There is also a buffet consisting of a variety of fruit juice, yoghurt, cereals and rolls. Evening snacks are available upon request at an additional cost. There are also refreshments available on request, which can be served in the garden, your room or in the dining room.
By Car: From Prestwick Airport and Troon: - Follow signs to pick up the A78 to Greenock. - Do not take the Irvine turn-off. Continue on through the Eglinton Exchange roundabout. - Stay on the A78 until you approach the next roundabout, named Penny Burn roundabout. - Drive all the way around the roundabout and come back down on the other side of the dual carriageway. - Continue for approximately 5 minutes (signposted Ayr/Irvine). - Take the first turning on the left (signposted Kilwinning, Beith). - The lodge is situated on the right-hand side as you leave the A78.
