Having recently undergone an extensive refurbishment, the Melbury Guest House provides sumptuous surroundings for a relaxing stay. In the Washington Lounge you can watch your favourite program on the 50-inch plasma-screen TV, alternatively, relax in the Melbury room, listen to music or walk through the Victorian conservatory onto the south facing patio, were there is a smoking area.
During your stay you can enjoy all that Exeter has to offer, including a thriving night life and choice of fine dining, with many award-winning restaurants and cuisines to choose from in the immediate vicinity.

The Queen Ann Suite has a beautiful king-size, Queen Anne four-poster bed. There is also an en suite dressing/wash room, with toilet and power shower. The suite is located on the first floor, overlooking the rear patio area. Equipped with an LCD TV / DVD player, hospitality tray, and luxury bed linen and towels.
This lovely, quiet superior room has a king-size, solid mahogany sleigh bed and matching furniture. The room is located on the second floor at the rear of the house, overlooking the patio area. The room has an LCD flat-screen TV and a minibar.
