About Tregenna Guest House hotel
Situated in the harbour town of Falmouth, this small, family-run guest house is ideally situated within easy reach of the town centre, beaches and all local attractions.
Whether travelling by car, coach, rail or boat, you will find the Tregenna's location a convenient base for visiting all that Cornwall has to offer. It is close to the harbour, docks, Princess Pavillion and the bustling centre, which offers a great variety of shops, pubs and restaurants.
In the evenings you can fully relax in the comfort of the house. At the rear is a large sun terrace complete with spectacular views of the harbour. The terrace also acts as a smoking area.

Cancellations

All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children under 16 years are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. All further older children or adults are charged GBP 30.00 per night for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Each of the 6 comfortable, homely rooms are situated on the first and second floors, they have delightful harbour or sea views and are maintained to the highest of standards - catering for individuals and families alike. Most rooms are en suite and all have their own hand basin.

Restaurants and Bars
A choice of breakfasts, from cereal to a full English using quality local produce, are served between 08:00 and 09:00 in the large dining room. However, 'early birds' are happily catered for with prior notice.
Directions
By Car: From Truro: - Take the A39 to Falmouth. - Continue to follow the A39 signs until you pass the Princess Pavillion on your right-hand side. - Tregenna Guest House can be found approximately 50 yards further on, on the left. Please note that Melvill Road is the A39.
