The restaurant, set in what is believed to be the town's original 15th century almshouses, overlooks a delightful inner courtyard where you may dine on warm summer evenings. Serving food with an emphasis on local produce and fresh ingredients, including herbs from the hotel's own garden, the chefs produce food awarded rosettes by the AA. The style of food draws inspiration from tradition, wherever possible, combining it with elements and flair of modern European cuisine.
