With stunning sea views, this is the only 3-star hotel in Torquay situated directly on the waters edge, with direct access to the beach from the spacious lawns.
The Livermead Cliff Hotel has stunning sea views from many bedrooms and all of the public areas. Just in front of the hotel is a landscaped garden and terrace and the sea is just beyond.
The sea-view rooms truly make the most of the hotels superb location and some have access to a shared balcony.
A set of private-access steps lead down to the secluded Livermead Sands.
The town centre and the marina are just a pleasant, level walk along the seafront from the hotel.

A varied 4-course table d'hôte dinner menu is available each day, with a splendid dessert buffet being one of the highlights. Dinner is served from 18:45 to 20:45. Every Sunday the restaurant offers a 4-course traditional Sunday lunch. The menu includes favourites such as roast sirloin of beef, Yorkshire pudding, gravy and home-made horseradish sauce, as well as locally caught fish of the day from Brixham. Room service is available 24 hours a day.
By Car (from Bristol): - Take the M5 southbound to Exeter and junction 31. - The M5 then becomes the A38/M5 between Taunton and Exeter. - At Exeter, the road will then become the A30/A38/M5, which bypasses Exeter. - Keep going and then take the A38 for Newton Abbot and Torquay. - When you arrive at the Penn Inn roundabout in Newton Abbot, follow the signs for the A3022 and Torquay. - Once you get to Torre Station, follow the signs for the seafront. - Once at the seafront, turn right and follow the signs for Livermead. - The hotel is on the main Torbay Road, along Torquay seafront.
